Building America’s Hypersonic Shield — In Months, Not Decades
America has no operational defense against the newest generation of hypersonic weapons. Terminus Aerospace is changing that by developing HYPERSWORD, a Mach 18+ interceptor designed to defeat today’s Mach 8+ hypersonic threats from air, land, or sea.
Our leadership has helped deliver programs including THAAD, JASSM, Hyper-X, and Boeing’s Valkyrie Wave-Rider. We are combining that experience with an AI-enabled, rapid-development model inspired by companies like Anduril.
Our team includes Aerospace Corporation for mission assurance and simulation, Purdue University’s Zucrow Labs for hypersonic testing, eMelody Worldwide for AI-driven advanced manufacturing, and Starfighters Space for flight testing.
We are raising a $1M Pre-Seed round to achieve sustained Mach 10+ ignition simulation within six months, followed by a $4M Seed round to validate our Mach 18+ ignition technology through ground testing at Purdue. Two subsequent rounds will fund flight testing of two HYPERSWORD interceptors and transition toward production.
When we achieve sustained Mach 10+ ignition, discussions with leaders at the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Naval Air Weapon Systems Command (NAVAIR) suggest licensing opportunities exceeding $100M may become available.
We believe the future of defense belongs to agile companies that can innovate faster than emerging threats. If that aligns with your investment strategy, I’d welcome the opportunity to share our deck and discuss how Terminus Aerospace is building the next generation of American missile defense.
